AK is having shortage. That figure is about the other company.

they urgent need the pilots because of the completion of KLIA2. The company that I currently working (MAHB) says that It's expected to be completed end of this year.

yeah! don't forget about 200 A320 NEO, 19 a330 and 10+5 options A350XWB!! seriously they need lots of pilot.. :cool:

Heard Mas will 'lease' out excess pilots to neighbouring airlines..Secondment ,that is...
Cadet conversion very slow...at the moment not hiring.Time will tell.All the best shazwan.

yeah.. i heard about it too.. Currently i've already applied for Air Asia's cadet pilot.. Hopefully will get through it.. Thanks cat :)
