they urgent need the pilots because of the completion of KLIA2. The company that I currently working (MAHB) says that It's expected to be completed end of this year.

Including 300's A320 incoming! dum dum dum....

and yet they're rejecting almost everyone here who are trying for cadetship... lol..

yeah! don't forget about 200 A320 NEO, 19 a330 and 10+5 options A350XWB!! seriously they need lots of pilot..
