and highest level of responsibility occurs to any pilot!Not just instructor,mate! :><.:

That was just "generalising" a bit too much, no offense intended.

But I would say responsibility of instructor pilot is great, somewhat like parents. Train them wrongly, they will "grow up" the wrong way, and all the mistake that the "ex-student" did will be on the instructor's head...
But then again, good instructor + bad student = bad news also!

But I admire instructors. They must know have the knowledge, on top of that they must also know how to impart that knowledge to others.

No offense to non-instructor pilots, but good pilots know how to fly.
Instructor pilots know how to fly AND know how to pass that knowledge to others, at the same time! Imagine trying to fly a difficult maneuver & at the same time explaining what you are doing to your student... multitasking even the latest Intel i7 quadcore whatever cannot do!
