Fly Lah!

I'm just a SPM fresh graduate, I do not hold Malaysian Commercial Pilot License / Instrument Rating OR passed frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) in not more than 3 sittings with minimum of 30 flying hours, so can i apply for cadet pilot of MAS ?? thx a lot

If you are not holding a CPL/IR and frozen ATPL, you are not meeting the requirement.

oic, den it is impossible for me to apply for it . right ? because im juz finish my SPM and do not take any course and not holding a CPL/IR

i tot i can apply using my spm result

so wat i need to do now ? enrol in a course of private flying skol ?

im newbie ..sorry

i guess we just have to wait for another cadet intake..im also a fresh spm graduate.

I suggest you spend more time reading up all the previous threads/topics on how things work, the requirements, steps to be a pilot, industry outlook, differences between self-funded cadets and fully sponsored ones, and so on.

A good place to start is to read up this if you haven't. http://www.dca.gov.my/career/How_to_Be_a_Pilot.pdf though its a little outdated.

A lot of info in http://www.askcaptainlim.com too.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR CADET PILOT, YES U CAN USE YOUR SPM RESULTS. BUT IF U ARE APPLYING FOR FIRST OFFICER POSITION, THEN U NEED A LICENSE. BOTH OF U ARE CONFUSED WITH EACH OTHER.

If SPM graduate with and meeting all the requirement to be a pilot then u should understand what the advertisement state...
If simple ads like this u still confuse then i dont know what else to say...

I'm not. Go read the ad first then talk. The last Cadet Pilot ad by MAS was not meant for fresh SPM graduates. Its for those CPL/IR holders or still undergoing training at the flying school. Its not the regular Ab-initio Cadet Pilot Training programme.
