ok
@fishisnot: here are my thoughts
i think the oral presentation is something similar to a high school leo interview:D when i was in leo they had this oral presentation to:
a) see if you can speak with confidence, fluently to a large group
b) see how you present your topic, is it interesting is it boring?
c) see if you can handle pressure in these situations
during these oral presentations other candidates are to have QnA to know about it more and etc:D
about the copies last time at 2nd Stage he ask me to prepare the following with originals and copies:
1- studies about airasia
2- qualifications (spm, degrees, pre -u, diploma, etc)
3- achievements (certificates of other things for example: scouts? PBSM? leo? YMCA? any outside charity bodies? any that qualifies?)
4- personal information (resume)
basically one copy for you to refer, at least 2 other copies or more for them and an original together:D
so far i expect this... lol...
but also i think we should like spot questions for interviews to help train us?:D just a suggestion tho
