Please re-upload your avatar if your previous one is missing. I have unintentionally removed all the previous existing avatars while trying to implement a default avatar for those that have yet to upload their avatars.

To upload avatar:

1. Go to User Control Panel
2. Click on the Profile tab
3. Click on Edit avatar on the left panel
4. You can then either upload an avatar from your computer or from a URL.
