yup... due to too many applications, they too are now choosy on who they want to hire.. hence the written test.

anybody here sit for the paper already?how was the paper?what to do,they also just have total of 7 a/c now,waiting for them to operate MAS 737-400 then maybe during that time got at least more opening job compared to now...

i sat for the test last monday.. very tough.. they ask questions from all the subjects...

abt 60 were called for interview.. they want 30 pilots asap... its very competitive.. the written test was tough.. n so was the simulation check... i did badly for both.. wasnt prepared at all as they gave barely 1 day to prepare.. i heard theyll get the selections sorted out before the fasting month..
