Its been a while since this thread operates.. Recently i spot some of berjaya's ATR flying FY route,(AC,CREW,n PILOT).. Are they join alliance or what?

Not any alliance, it happened on a some occasion couple of months back when a few of FY birds were grounded due technical. FY sought after Berjaya for a temporary lease to overcome the contingency. Had a family member who flew in Berjaya's Dash-7 to Penang during that time.
